DPLEX1500E

The DPLEX1500E is a professional thermal card printing system designed for high volume production environments, reaching output speeds of 1500cph.

Built with a twin encoding station and two printing modules, users have the flexibility to enconde HICO/LOCO and run duplex monochrome or 2 colors in one pass.

Encoding and Print
The DPLEX1500E features a twin encoding station that reduces magnetic head wear while maintaining the high speed writing and verifying process. A flip-over station is also positioned between the two ther mal printing modules allowing a continuous flow for duplex printing applications.

Plug and Play
Using Windows software and ODBC drivers, the DPLEX1500E is a complete turnkey system with minimal time required from installation to production. The System includes PC, Monitor, Keyboard and Mouse.

Cost Efficient
Digicard’s intuitive driven software was designed to shorten operators’ learning curve while the mechanical design yields low maintenance costs. The automatic consumable saving feature assures the maximum utilizatoin of thermal ribbon.
