The PSV20(Post Sort Verification System) is designed for personalized card fulfillment operations that require reliable verifying, tracing and reporting. The PSV20 is specifically equipped to ensure product security by utilising an error prevention system which includes the following components:

Continuous Conveyor system

Each check system operates while the conveyor is moving so there is no slow down in production time.

Sorting Bins

Your operator can easily distinguish priority mail or rejects from general production saving time spent on sorting and/or quality control.

Thickness Checking Caliper

This caliper monitors the thickness of the letters ensuring that the contents of the letter are correctly assembled. If there is a mistake, the calliper will direct the error to the reject bin.

Re-indexing Barcode Scanner

If your letters get out of order there is no need to worry. The re-indexing barcode scans each letter and signals to the machine that it has made it through production successfully and directs it to the correct location.

Vision System

Using 1D/2D DataMatrix codes, OCR or even logos as the point of recognition, this system compares two documents to ensure that they are matched correctly.

Shingling Conveyor

The long conveyor means that the operator does not have to run back and forth to empty out the output tray, saving time and effort.
