With S7000, Matica offers you a one-solution system that grows together with your needs.
S7000 system allows you to invest initially in one platform with the specific functionalities you need in the short-term protecting your investments, and at the same time gives you the potentialities to plug in new technologies for your forthcoming requirements.

 

S7000 platform combines encoding, printing, laser engraving, embossing and indenting to deliver full personalized cards with Matica proven high-end technology integrated within a totally new modular base and enclosure.


The innovative modular structure is made of standard-dimensioned modules (of around 60 cm each) that can include two stations each, enabling you to adapt your machine configuration to the most demanding technological specification and to create dedicated issuance applications.
Each station is a functional unit dedicated to specific personalization processes

  • Single or dual 600 cards input hopper (dual side with rotator).

 

  • Programming & Verification Module that supports multiple reading technologies: Single Smart Card Station and Single RFID Mifare Station; Barcode Reader and OCR Readers.

 

  • Magnetic Stripe Encoding.

 

  • Multichip Contact Module: 1 card passing by; 5 card buffer stations equipped with professional chip contacts and integrated smart card reader model Gemtwin USB PSCS; 1 USB HUB with 5 readers connected.

 

  • Graphic Printing Module: high quality printing module enables to print both monochrome (texts, barcodes and logos) and full-colors (photos and images), granting a superior printing quality thanks to a wide variety of ribbons available.

  • Embossing & Indenting: you can choose the number of embossing and/or indenting modules in the system, adapting the production to your specific needs.

 

  • Tipping: The System 7000 basic configuration allows to choose more than one colour, offering  the possibility to configure multiple tipping modules.
