CARD TRANSPORT SYSTEM

The UDA150-S “Scratch-off“ is a fully automatic card transport system for the application of scratch-off strips onto smart cards. This machine combines an inkJET system with a transport unit and a hot stamping unit. It provides for extremely high functionality, ease of handling and an attractive cost-effectiveness.

The information to be concealed is applied to the card with an inkJET printer. The card is then transported by the UDA to the hot stamping system, which UDA to the hot stamping system, which covers the information with a scratch-off foil. The maximum printing area of the scratch-off strip is 10 x 40 mm. Up to 80 cards per minute can be processed. Optional is a labeler available.
