Can be integrated with the PSV20 Post Sort Verification System as well as other Cancard personalization products.

PC-controlled data matching: ensures 100% correct matching of card(s) and carrier even when cards are placed in the feeder in a non-sequential order.

Carrier-barcode verification module: ensures that cards and carriers match before combining and these to the folding and insertion module.

Magnetic stripe, smart card and front or rear barcode and OCR data capture.

Affix label sensor: ensures better control of rear affix label attachment on cards.

Buffering system: creates a linear flow of both cards and carriers at high speeds and productivity without any “parking areas” that can cause carriers to become out of sequence.

Card-carrier transport control: transportation is performed through multiple rollers and sensors which at any moment control the exact position of each card and carrier at all times.

Carrier cooling system Management of “numerous families”: both models give the possibility to attach up to 6 cards per carrier (up to 4 if the carrier needs to be folded). The position of each individual card on the carrier can be controlled.

Card reject tray: non–readable cards are placed in a reject tray without interrupting the production process.

Carrier reject box: in case of barcode mismatch, the carrier does not need to be removed by the operator, but is automatically placed in the reject box, and normal production is continued.

Management of laser printer through direct commands or Windows driver: practically any laser printer can be used.

Folders: connected directly to CF10-CF20, it folds and inserts the carrier (Z, C or V shaped) into the envelope with the card(s) affixed including various sized attachments when required. It can also be configured with other feeder modules to insert attachments (from a single A4 sheet to 4 mm thick booklets).
